Hey: Here's the first part of an adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula I put together. Uh, the contents are not with the endorsement, sponsorship or approval of Bram Stoker or his estate, Image Comics, Ivan Brandon, any of the Forum's moderators. Or even really me for that matter (ugly!), but what the hell-- I didn't have enough time to go up to Gilroy for the Garlic Festival this weekend like I had planned, so here you go.
I think this might run about 4 or 5 more parts, posted whenever (hopefully weekly?)...? This is released pursuant to a Creative Commons license (and I guess is issue two of Twist Street).
Not recommended:
EDIT:
This adaptation is also now featured on its own Livejournal (Blogger isn't as good for posting comics).
Chapter 2 now available. _________________ 2 Live Crew.

| That was funny. It feels like an Adult Swim show. |

Y'know what I thought of while reading this? That TORTURE part of the intro to the song METHOD MAN off of Wu Tang's Enter The 36 Chambers. Where Meth and Reakwon are debating ways in which to torture a motherfucker?

Hey, thanks, everybody. That's nice of you.

I saw Raekwon at the Key Club 4-5 months back-- it was a good show, Nat Dogg had a cameo and did Regulate (which I guess is his only song?). Anyways, then Bobby Brown came out and had a cameo. We all sang My Prerogative in unison with him. If Bobby Brown is right in front of you, you will suddenly remember every single word to My Prerogative. Right this second, I could only tell you maybe two or three of the words in My Prerogative-- I'm not even sure I could accurately define what a prerogative even is. But if Brown Brown were with me, it turns out I would know every single last word of that song, and I would sing it with him, in perfect harmony. And then we would smoke crack. And it would be beautiful. (also, because it's not said enough: Bobby was corrupted by Whitney, not the other way around).
That is the worst drawing of a tire swing ever. It's just a tire tied to a tree! "Here you go kids. Play with this for a while." I would make such a lousy dad. _________________ 2 Live Crew. |

I like to think it's a warning to other tires. |
