i was the co-creator of DARKWOLF along with r.a.jones for the old malibu/eternity comics back in the day! we actually had a pitch before the verotik incarnation to bring DEATHDEALER to the world of comics. if my work was as good as yours, maybe the deal would have happened. anyway, you have big boots to fill, following in the footsteps of the BIZ! he really did some incredible work! you are really getting the right mood and feel to the art! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! |

I found these forums last night through the Frank Frazetta meessage board and saw this thread. I thought to myself,"Hey, I've never even thought of trying to draw the Deat Dealer." So last night I started this.
Considering how long its been since anyone else posted here, I'm not sure how far I'm going to go with it. |

Man, how did I miss this thread?
Haven't hung out in here in quite a while.
So anyone can post a Death Dealer piece of their own making huh?
I'll have to dig into this, i haven't drawn any fantasy stuff in like a year,
well, not the way I like to do fantasy anyway.

Stuff looks great guys! keep in mind, I do want to do some cool contests and with all this great DD art it's a no brainer to have something to the extent of putting a few pieces in an issue of DD as a prize.
I can't promise anything at this point, but keep those pencils sharpend up. |
