When the signature heroes of Paragon City are transported to Shadow City in this twisted world they encounter their worst nightmare?the Praetorians. This issue is based on an idea from City of Heroes contest winner and player Jeff Helm and written by Cryptic Studios Designer Sean Michael Fish.
