Eddie Edison is the Susan Lucci of superhero tryouts ? every year, he makes a bid for full membership of the Council of American Super Heroes (a non-profit organization, all checks payable to C.A.S.H.) ? every year, he sets new records for futility. Will this be his year? Chances are slim? Will he go down in flames? All signs point to "Yes." Will it involve a great deal of physical pain? Well... that would be giving the whole story away.
