Some PRETTY DEADLY art by Emma Rios — the much-anticipated Western written by Kelly Sue DeConnick and drawn by Rios will be out in 2013!
This is the cover/teaser for a new comics magazine called Zona Cómic in Spain in which I´ve been interviewed by Koldo Azpiarte.
We missed having this kind of divulgation magazines here in Spain. It will be distributed for free in comic shops and includes articles regarding very diverse matters of the medium. From superheroes to independent graphic novels, from european comics to manga, to classic spanish stuff. All of them written by great critics here, people like Koldo, Yexus, Alberto García, J. A. Serrano, Pepe Gálvez, Antoni Guiral or Borja Crespo among others.
So, I´m in very good company here and I´m flattered to somehow present the 0 issue.
The cover, of course, is inspired by Pretty Deadly, the western comic I´m preparing with Kelly Sue DeConnick that will be published by Image this year. You wanted a bit more of it, right? there you go.
